Here are a few common expressions the Arabs use when someone has been blessed to complete the whole Qur'aan off by heart:
ألف مبروك حفظ القران الكريم
أسأل الله العلي القدير أن يثبته في صدرك وأن يكون حجة لك لا عليك.
وأن يرفعك به الدرجات في الجنان ووالديك
Congratulations upon memorizing the Noble Qur’aan!
I ask Allaah The High, The All-Able to make it firm in your
heart and that it be a proof for you and not against you.
I ask that Allaah raises you and your parents in rank by it
in Jannah.
